the design is good but materials not.After used approx. 3 months,
the sholder bolt not tight so the lower teeth part moving, can't grip the pipe properly. I cannot tight it because rusted.
After 6 months,
the holding pin loossed out, the ring that used to hold it gone, I never used it as hammer! So , everything fall aparts.
As this is life time warranty product, brought back to home depot for exchange, they refused, I lost the recipt.

This product is very useful.This is my go to pipe wrench of all the ones I have. The time is saves compared to regular pipe wrenches is considerable since adjustments are not required. I wish there was one available in the next size up. 1 1/2" pipe is about the largest size this one can handle.
