I want to give it a better review if I could ever figure out how to use it HQ software that came along with it to be able to email my reports to my cu
Still having trouble trying to figure out how to get to HQ software uploading onto my computer to where I can download each individual job in and to be able to email the reports to the customers having to manually burn either to USB drive or to a DVD disc for Homeowner not able to email yet trying to figure it out

easy to use. self leveling camera a good feature.
we really like these cameras. this is our forth one. the only complaint is we have to keep a monitor and reel in stock for break downs. when a reel goes down we send it to our local repair facility, the average repair time is two to three weeks. when a monitor goes down if we send it to the repair facility it usually sits at the repair facility for two weeks and then gets shipped to ridged for repair which take another two to three weeks. we have shortened that time by sending it directly to ridged through our dealer. I know these are very technical pieces of equipment but if there is any thing you can shorten repair times it would make a better experience.

Best monitor ever!
I have been using Ridgid video inspection equipment for a long time (black & white VHS) and this is the best yet. The option to run off batteries is a life saver-No more extension cords! Thumb drive recording makes getting video recordings to customers a one click process.

Monitor and recorder work great
Have used this system with Mini See Snake and Micro Reel for a variety of pipe inspections. The USB video inspection file capability has been very beneficial in documenting the inspections for later review by others.

Is CS10 Monitor compatible with nanoreel ?
I am thinkig to by standard camera reel with cs 10 monitor and I would like to by nanoreel for smaller lines and I dont need two monitors. Thank you .
Hello, thanks for contacting RIDGID! The nanoReel can be used with a CA-300 system or a SeeSnake system, but you have to have the correct interconnect cord, so it depends on which nanoReel you purchase. The part number 39998 is the nanoReel (reel only) with the connection for a SeeSnake monitor such as the CS10. The part number 40008 is the nanoReel (reel only) with the connection for a CA-300.
