RIDGID Continues to Support Customers During Tough Times

The current global crisis is affecting all of us, at work and at home. RIDGID is also following the official guidelines and has put immediate health and safety measures in place in all locations. As we want to be there to support our customers, we continue our activity, with some limitations and changes.
Sales
- Your local contacts are there to respond to your needs, by email, phone or video calls. They will continue to answer your questions on new products, orders, deliveries or technical issues.
To a large extent, our sales teams are currently working from their home office and they are available for important customer visits if the circumstances allow it.
Kundenservice
- Our agents are available during the regular working hours and can continue the usual activity also from their home office.
Social Media
- Follow our social media channels, to stay up to date on new products and other news that we will update every day, in real-time.
